Assistant Manager System & Process (Daraz)

Job Description:


1.      Coordinates day-to-day execution of the process

2.      Identifying and implementing changes to the process

3.      Communicating new and changed policies

4.      Ensuring the standards and procedures are being followed

5.      Creating, analyzing and distributing process reports

6.      Identifying and implementing process improvement

7.      Facilitate resolution of issues with items not complying with the process

8.      Following defined escalation path when needed, as defined in the escalation policy

9.      Notifying the participants in the process when standards and procedures are not being followed

10.  Performing day to day process administration

11.  Establishment of measurements and targets to improve process effectiveness and efficiency

12.  Responsible for evaluating the performance of the process

13.  Assists auditing of the process for compliance with documented procedures

14.  Defines those parts of the process framework not defined by the process owner

15.  Assuming overall responsibility for the company’s process development function

16.  Ensuring that all information from trials is correct and that any issues are resolved at each stage of the process

17.  Making sure that all new products adhere to customer technical requirements
